Key stakeholders in business transformation decision-making groups, including a Project Manager, as well as SMEs from departments such as Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Shipping, and Executive Management should attend. Most importantly, any internal IT leaders attending would have the opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with OSI’s solution consultants to discuss platform features, technical requirements, and hosting options.

The workshop can be conducted in person at your offices, at one of our global office locations, or virtually, with hybrid options available for distributed teams. At OSI, we aim to support your team in a way that demonstrates true partnership and will meet you where your needs are.

While the size and complexity of each client and project scope can vary, we often complete workshops in 3-5 days, focusing on speed and accuracy in your planning cycle. OSI will send a minimum of two industry experts to your site for a comprehensive business review as well as work with your timeline and requirements.
