She is president of SGH Consulting, Inc. located in Scottsdale, Arizona and also serves as Managing Director for Tegrous Consulting, an SAP Gold Partner focused on business transformation by aligning people, process, and technology.



Serena holds an MBA from Arizona State University, and an accounting degree from University of Arizona. In addition, she holds a certification in SAP B1, a business management software (ERP) designed for small and medium-sized enterprises. This outstanding open source ERP solution is designed to automate key business functions in financials, operations, and human resources.
