Megan Pitas was born and raised in Madison, Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with degrees in Accounting and Management/Human Resources. Upon graduation, Megan began her career in external auditing and joined KPMG in Milwaukee, WI. Warmer weather and new adventures called so Megan relocated to the Valley of the Sun in the fall of 2008. Megan then worked for Grant Thornton in Phoenix until she switched gears and joined the internal audit team at Viad Corp in Phoenix. In the fall of 2020, after 14 years in audit, Megan changed careers and now works for Open Source Integrators as the Director of Professional Services. In this role, Megan helps customers optimize business processes, provides accounting support, and implements an open source ERP solution.
